Courage to Care is a community outreach initiative that demonstrates the importance of standing up to discrimination whenever it occurs, delivered through an educational program supported by a travelling exhibition. It educates visitors, in particular students, towards an understanding of the roles of victim, perpetrator and bystander by exposing them to survivors of the Holocaust and their rescuers. With its thought-provoking education program, Courage to Care seeks to empower individuals to make a difference in all aspects of their lives when confronted by any form of anti-social behaviour. Courage to Care encourages the development of an intelligent, peaceful society, with understanding and respect for all minority groups. Our small paid staff work together with over 130 volunteers assisting in program delivery, organisation management, committee positions and administrative duties.
