Friday 5th March 2021. Very busy day so we thought we would give KFC Kingaroy another 'chance'. Hadn't been for a while because of the dry chicken, soggy chips, squashed bread roll and mashed potato that has been 90% gravy. not to mention no cutlery etc. Used the Drive through. Unable to understand the girl taking the order because she was speaking ?too close or ?too loud and too fast. Half the order taken. I explained to her the speaker was very static and I was having trouble understanding her - well I got "attitude" in her voice. Gave my order - again couldn't understand her. In the end our order was wrong so she couldn't understand me? maybe? The large Pepsi wasn't cold BUT we did get cutlery. The Original chicken pieces were small - one smaller than the potato container. Won't go there again. Spoken to the Manager before and nothing changed.

Unfortunately Kingaroy KFC has disappointed me on a number of occasions!! They have ran out of bacon for burgers, which is unbelievable when Kingaroy is the biggest pork producer in the southern hemisphere! They have forgotten to put items in our orders through the drive through, and we get home and we are missing burgers, and the chicken is either dry or very oily. I won't be going back!
Great service, but I have to say I couldn't give 5 stars because it wasnt clean. Floors, and toilets were dirty. Sorry
They don't know how the app works, they want ID but I am literally at the drive through with order number quoted timely and even show them the app with the order number and they still won't accept it. Staff with attitude problems and can't use their brains and only can follow rules to the word without reason.
At 6pm they had already run of of hot and spicy chicken, 30min wait to cook more. - plus side the staff did well having to adapt and wear masks etc. - over the noise of the cars it was hard to hear and they pushed through.
The wait was a bit long but it was all worth it when I got my zinger box, can't go wrong with one of them.
Food quite average, chips a little uncooked and soft. The worst thing I discovered, as I chose to dine in, was the entrance doors were disgustingly dirty. Also almost impossible for social distancing, when more than 2 people were in the ordering area, where you also had to wait to collect your order...
