Finally, after years of indecision I have my new kitchen/dining/laundry floor. The crew at Carpet Court Kilsyth were helpful and patient with me. Very happy with my new Korlok hybrid flooring.

Very happy with the service here. We ordered floorboards and were able to get them the same day. When I took them home and realised we made the wrong colour choice they exchanged them no questions and without fuss. They kept it stress free and I recommend this business. Thanks everyone really happy with the service!
Big place but only have brown carpet no help
I had some beautiful laminate flooring installed and the bloke and his ofsider were very professional and did a outstanding job and the staff were friendly, competitive Highly recommend
Bamboo flooring was installed incorrectly (flooring manufacturer words, not mine) and have called multiple times to get it fixed only to be told every time that "Mark" is looking after my problem and will call me tomorrow....its been nearly 2 months and still no call from Mark...
I had to use this store as my carpet was replaced due to an insurance claim. I was very disappointed with the installation. The room was a mess and I spent 1/2 hour vacuuming and sweeping to get the carpet in a fit state to move our furniture back in. I rang to provide feedback and was told that’s normal and they do not vacuum or tidy up. Then I was hung up on! I have had carpet installed in the rest of my house by other companies and it has been finished ready to walk on. I will be providing this feedback to my insurance company as well.

Never experienced such terrible customer service in my life. We were referred to this store from a Haymes color consultant and we were waiting over 45 minites for service. Mark the person we were meant to see was out the back and didnt even bother to come out to speak with us. With 2 young children forced to play in the store and eventually one of my children, 3 yo asked the one of the ladies for a price on a play mat and she advised that she couldnt assist as she was too busy and the store was empty with 3 staff on. 45 minutes and we walked out of the store. We called and went to Carpet Court Knoxfield and they greeted us kindly and were extremely pleasant to deal with and assisted us with our large order of laminate flooring. Absolutely disgusting from the Kilsyth store. Leahcim at Knoxfield was great. I would not recommend Kilsyth to anyone stay away.
