I have no words, how can you fit a 500 tyre to a cracked alloy rim and send the car back out on the road, yep destroyed another tyre, thank goodness the vehicle did not have an accident the only thing I will say is the head office of the franchise did at least pay for another tyre, as for bussines I would not recommend them to fit a tyre to a wheelbarrow

Honestly this is the worst experience I've ever had with a mechanic or in any kind of customer service. After years working in customer service I understand that sometimes it can be difficult and overwhelming. However, I have never had to ask someone serving me to lower their voice and calm down. Both the mechanic and the receptionist separately hung up on me whilst, refusing to have my car fixed. I was not allowed to talk to a manager or any kind of supervisor. With no work done, I still had to pay to have my car returned to me. If you have any kind of choice, I strongly discourage you to not use these services. You will regret it.
Avoid at all costs! Broke down due to overheating on the Hume. RACV towed car to Seymour depot and during their test drive the next morning THEY broke the drive shaft and cracked the transmission! They took NO responsibility saying it was wear and tear & left us with a 5000 repair bill. Disgusting! Avoid at all costs!
The tyre service was great was not so happy with the mechanical side of things but the staff are lovely
Dropped car off in the morning (took time off work). Called them at 4pm to confirm closure time, spoke to the receptionist and no one had ordered the parts that needed replacing (hadn't informed me that, only when I rang at 4pm). They say they took the rear wheel bearings out and had a look and put them back in again and that they were fine coupled with a road test which indicated there was no noises of any description (thats the whole point of me bringing it in idiots). I took their word for it and when picking up the car asked three times to speak to the mechanic who drove the car so I could at least know what the noise from the car is if he doesn't think it was the wheel bearings. Was told they "were too busy to speak to me for one minute and that if I wasn't happy to bring the car back on Monday - like I can just drop of a hat take work off again. So now im left with a car that still makes noises no actual confirmation that the wheel bearings are fine and a money out of my pocket from missing work. Save yourself the hassle and take your car to Ultra Tune Kilmore - a reputable shop unlike this backyard mechanic. Do not recommend.
