I live in the area and have used this service at many times. They are very professional and very reasonably priced. They gave me a quote every time. They have fixed my antenna, repaired my TV twice, and also my sound bar. Highly recommended.

Doing the job without getting a quote! My experience was that I had called up to organise an inspection to get a quote only and then as he was leaving informerd me that it was done and gave me the bill. This was very unprofessional! The job was done to a satisfactory manner.

A technician came round to look at an antenna that wasn't working in a rental (I had no choice of provider). Perhaps there is a loose connection or the wind has blown something around but for some reason it was working. The chap was here for 5 minutes and charged 100 dollars. Daylight robbery. I had no quote up front.

I am writing this review to warn others as I would not even give this service any stars if possible. New to the area I thought to do the right thing by using a local service - my mistake! The technician barely spoke to me or my husband in the nearly 2 hours he was here and for 40 minutes I was on the phone to Foxtel to get their help too. My Soundbar and HDD recorder were not connected and my TV and Foxtel were not connected independently as requested - I can only watch TV if the Foxtel box is switched on . I've just rung about this and the technician ( the same one that came to my house) was aggressive and rude. All this cost me 195 cash!! Beware and try to find someone else if you need help with your TV connections.
