The coffee is excellent. A good "punch" of caffeine hits you without being over bearing or bitter. Best coffee i have had in Kiama. I have also been trying many of the gelato flavours and enjoying them all greatly including mango, watermelon, berry and hazelnut.

I've tried the berry smoothie as well as the gelato and they were both delicious! The owners and staff are so friendly and funny, they are super aware of COVID rules and the outdoor setting is always being cleaned! Can not wait to go back!
We challenged them to make a hot hot chocolate.. they made the hottest one we have ever made.. then challenged them to make a real thick thickshake they rose to the challenge.. well done. We will be back and we are back... still impressed. Covid safe as well.. back again after a month.. looks like they taught the young staff how to make the thickshakes the way I like them.. maybee even better than the boss lady.. nice and thick.
I visited this shop on a trip down to Kiama and was beyond impressed. The shop is sparkling clean, the ice cream is gorgeous and the staff are professional and friendly and will go out of their way to assist you. What more could you want? The new owners are the ultimate professionals and lovely people. They have done AMAZING things and worked tirelessly to transform this business. You both should be very proud! Wow, it was great to visit and see how happy you both are at Scoops. You two are a perfect fit for the shop and I love your pink outfits! It's great to see you doing so well and looking so happy. I loved the ice cream, and the choc-orange was amazing. As was the coffee! Keep up the smiles xx
These are the thickshakes dreams are made of. They are ridiculously delicious! They are full of flavour and actually properly thick they way they should be (right to the very end!) and they don't leave that weird taste in your mouth like some thickshakes do. So far we've tried the caramel and raspberry but we'll be back to try more! The staff are also super friendly and the music and fit out is fun! I love that they have disco lights!
Tony, Mel and the staff at Scoops are wonderful. They clearly go out of their way to make your trip to their shop memorable. And their rum & raisin ice cream is highly recommended. Will head there on any visit to Kiama. Well done.
Wonderful staff & we met the new owners who both took the time to rearrange tables outside to suit our large family. The ice cream & gelato was quality, totally 1st class. Forgot to mention the coffee, we will certainly be going back, the sign on the wall says "Great Coffee" however we are coffee people & it's a lot better than Great, it's Fantastic! Even Oat & Lactose free milk options We will definitely be back! 100%
