We loved everything about this Holiday park. It is extremely clean and spacious. Caravan sites are very well maintained as are the amenities, pool and children’s playground. The beach is almost private to the holiday park so it feels safe. The staff couldn’t be friendlier if they tried and go over and beyond to make you feel welcome.

Great park with lots of facilities and an awesome beach which feels like a private Cove. The sites were spacious and the location was great with super. Friendly staff. We even got a little gift on arrival. It does get quite busy and noisy during weekends, the weekdays were much better.

Visited your holiday park with my family for 3 times but the worst experience ever this time! We always loved the facilities and amenities that we enjoy at your site but one of your receptionist was very very rude and mad at us while we were checking in. I don’t understand why Liz was angry at us when we first got there, she also threw the paperwork and pen at us. My Korean family are not fluent at English and maybe that was what made her mad, pointed at my families’ face, yelling ‘ I DON’T UNDERSTAND A SINGLE WORD YOU ARE SAYING AND WHAT YOU WROTE.’ We came to enjoy our holiday but never expected to be humiliated by our nationality and to be judged by our English skills. Moreover, when we booked our campsite, as soon as we booked online, we rang your reception to confirm that 2 of our campsites are next to each other since we have big family. We even had a recording of the phone call to make sure our booking is correct, however Liz did not even listen to our words and confronted that our sites cannot be together. As soon as I heard that, i was planning to cancel the booking and contact the Headquarters about her attitude to her customers but she ridiculously said ‘you guys are very lucky that i put your sites together’ when we even confirmed our sites in prior to our arrival. Completely ruined our first day of holiday mood by her behaviour. How ridiculous! Other than her, all your staff members were lovely and helpful. We enjoyed your holiday park but would never want to check in through Liz again. 호주와서 수많은 홀리데이파크들을 가봤지만 영어못한다고 체크인도중에 망신받는곳은 처음이네요.

Wow Easts Beach Kiama is fabulous. Lots of cabins, villas camping and caravan sites to booked. The kids would have a ball. Swimming pools, water slide, jumping pit , Tennis courts. Right on Easts Beach. Walking distance from all over the park. Staff very friendly. The advice I would give is to booked early.

Great park with plenty of amenities. It has room for plenty of camp sites as well as a bunch of cabins to suit both small and large families. We've stayed in various cabins on our visits and can highly recommend using these if you're keen to get away for a few days but don't have camping gear (or don't want the hassle of unpacking and packing up if you're only going for a few days). It's located right on East's Beach, which is a nice and quiet beach with low to moderate surf.

Money making machine Stayed at this park with a fellow traveler for 4 days from 08/02/21 to 12/02/21 site B48/B49, the park is way overpriced and noisy with a train tracks near the park where you can hear trains running all night , management need to be more courteous to their guests and learn some manners, we had a friend of ours who just want to drop off some personal gear for us and pick up his hearing aid which he lost the previous day , on arrival the front office staff asking him to fill out COVID 19 declaration form which he did then they asked him to pay 40 to enter the park which he told them he is only dropping off our gear and picking up his hearing aid they insisted that he pays , he told them he is not going to pay then came in to our site gave us our stuff and left , then one of the park staff came over and told us they were going to charge our credit card 40 because he came in to the park which we told them to go and jump , So anyone coming to stay in this park make sure to tell all your love ones to stay away or be prepared to pay 20 per person for a visit (what a joke) Stay away from this place go somewhere else where your love ones can visit you without a charge . Never again I am only giving 1 star because I have no other choice but to give one star Never again keep away
