This is a genuine review Job No 21529, first of all thank you Matt for booking me for the same day service and blokes are friendly and I do not know what to say about Rapid Tune Keysborough, I picked them based on Google reviews for couple of noise diagnosis, while the service been done , firstly the service report kind of copy and paste of general guessing and reporting this and that are faulty sort of report, but they do not really check properly because I found out that they mentioned on the report the sparkplugs are worn due for replacement, how ridiculous this is that all the spark plugs were fully functional not due for replacement maybe for another 500000km see picture, so how do you trust these mechanics? (this service was done earlier the due date because there will be a charge for diagnosis test anyway so I might as well do the service while the diagnosis test being done), Unfortunately they did not tell me correct information, I requested them there was a grinding in the diff after my usual mechanic carried out some repair in the differential and the other was the front right was knocking! They told me that there is no noise in the differential but I can hear loud and clear a grinding noise still exist and the front knocking from the upper control arm and I replaced a new one now but still the noise exist! I am very disappointed that my car's symptom could not been diagnosed by Rapid Tune Keysborough. I don't think they are professional.

Had my VW serviced here instead of going to the dealer. Exceptional service, always on time and very friendly team. The quality of work is amazing and the cost is much more reasonable compared to going through a dealer for your car service. They always go the extra mile to make sure the car is running well. Will definitely recommend to everyone.

Rapid tune is the TO GO TO automotive service centre for any mechanical problems with your automobile. Their level of expertise, knowledge and experience in all issues is unmatched. You should consider going to their shop!
