Very bad experience during covid online car buying procedure. I had looked used Toyota rav 4 online and double checked everything is okay with sales person as I am going to pay 42k including loan interest. While dealing I was assured by them the car is in good condition and ready to go also received photos. As in pics everything looked good and further processed. When I went to picked the car and found stain seats, stone chipped, dents outside and few kms extra which not in advertisement which is unacceptable. After personally talked with sales guy they up their hands and said the detailing team has missed that and today is Saturday we can’t do seats clean and stone chipped. As I came from interstate to buy the car I had no option to stay and wait for this hidden tricks. After spending 42k no one would expect this service as per my knowledge. Would not recommend this dealership for particular used cars they not responsive and thinks the car is under Toyota just name is enough. But for buyers money always matters for Toyota or else.

Rang there service department They are all about charging you BIG MONEY tried to get a Quote ??? they would not provide one ?? they wanted to charge me 140 per hour diagnostics then Quote me rip.off prices to then get it fixed ! please don't botter responding to my review as I will never recommend this company to anyone !! Anyone reading this review my strong advise is - Please avoid this company AT ALL COSTS !!! Unless you like throwing money away
