The pie purchased was terribly soggy and the meat inside tasted horrible. I could not even go for a second bite! I honestly don't know how long/how many times they reheat their food! There's definitely a health and safety concern. Would not return

I bought a birthday cake for my son and it was so dry, None of the guests ate it beyond two bites and we felt the same.. It was very embarrassing to serve such a horrible cake... probably my worst cake ever in last 13 years of my Aussie stay..

The Apple muffin should be renamed to Apple flavour muffin. The muffin had no apples that you can see. Disappointing!!!!

I bought a blue rose cake from here for my 14th birthday party. I couldn’t have been any less disappointed. The smallest amount of fronting dyed everyone’s teeth, tongue and lips bright blue! Nobody was happy. Never going to purchase a cake from here again :(
