I've been to this store a couple of times and find that the staff are very helpful. The staff has given me very good suggestions on what to buy as gifts for an elderly person and was very patient with my questions. My mum also goes there to buy some food products and find that the staff are friendly too. Please keep up with the great customer service.

On Behalf of Kaye Charlton; "Four years ago I had a health check after retiring from being a community care worker for 27 years. The pathology showed i had high white cells, a bone morrow test showed i had Bone Morrow Fibrosis for which no remedy was offered. My son googled for help finding that i take beetroot tonic, spirulina and chlorella daily . Three years passed, when i went to purchase powered spirulina at govita keysborough, it was out of stock however the Naturopath offered an alternative tonic considered to be more beneficial for my condition as i needed a break from the other herbs. Going to the Haematologist every three months he said your red cells are very low, come back in six weeks. I rang Go Vita and Rebecca answered i told her my history and condition and very low red cells She said she could give me a tonic which would benefit red cells if i was willing to try. I agreed, went back six weeks later and my red cells went up by seven. I have continued this wonder tonic and it is returning my blood to a better than acceptable level. The staff at Go Vita Keysborough, especially the Manager are extremely knowledgeable, friendly, caring and a credit to our health industry. I moved from Cairns to Melbourne 3 yrs ago and needed a good health shop that was well stocked and close. I also wish to say that the people we meet everyday in our lives are all different and their mannerisms and tone is what makes us all unique but most of all beautiful. Everyone should be mindful and have some human compassion when it comes to this. Every time I go into the shop they are extremely helpful and despite the fact when they are busy always take the time to acknowledge me, which is a big part of what Customer Service is about. Nothing is too much trouble, and if they do not have a particular product will try and source it for you. Well done to each and every staff member of Go Vita Keysborough your customer service is outstanding. Well done.

I agree with some of the previous customers reviews. Their customer service really needs to be addressed. I believe it comes from the top - the store owner. This particular staff was rude and showed no customer care. He was only interested in taking people's money. They don't even deserve 1 star. Their website slogan claims "we're just a family of passionate health and wellness junkies, ready to support you in living your vital life" However at this store, they're happy to give customers grief, anxiety, stress and frustration...all the ingredients to ruin your day. I encourage you find another health store.

See that as ZERO stars (or negative stars, Google really needs to come up with that soon). one word of advise that you will thank me later - STAY AWAY!! The other Go Vita shops are so much better it's worth driving even if you live in Keysborough. I only wish I had read so many bad reviews before going to this shop - such shocking, rude customer service to that point I just had to laugh and walk away. If a product has been purchased by mistake and is being returned in the same way it was purchased along with the invoice for a very valid reason, I think the business should understand the reason and refund OR atleast ask if the customer wants to buy anything else for that sum of money - this store guy was outright "No, I can't do anything" and goes on with other extremely impolite stuff that I just walked away. I have since my bad experience with these guys mentioned to atleast 2 of my mates about going elsewhere. Surprised these kind of businesses still survive - such a shame.

Some of the staff at this store are just beyond rude. It's almost laughable. It's a shame because some of the staff are helpful and polite. I usually drive the extra mile and go to the Berwick store where the staff are super helpful and friendly, always. Manners are free and everyone should use them.

Pretty good crew working here and i've noticed there are many different staff working at different times. I've always found Tayla willing to give her time and in depth advice on different products, even when the shop is busy. I do find some of the products to be a little pricey compared to other health food shops, occasionally I shop at Sunnybrook or Oasis and can get items here slightly cheaper. All in all though, I'm grateful to have this shop nearby and Steve has met my requests to order items in that aren't on the shelves.
