Dr. Charis is very welcoming and kind. I felt comfortable straight away and have been seeing her for acupuncture treatment since 2019. Her practice has been shown to be very beneficial and has helped me with numerous health issues. I definitely recommend Dr. Charis.

I’ve been seeing Dr Charis every now and then since 2014. The very first time was for coughing/cold and high fever. Ever since the first time, I always go back to Dr Charis when I have cold or fever. She’s a professional, caring and patient doctor. The treatments she gives are not only personalised but also evolves depending on my health status. Every time I had acupuncture, I feel relaxed and calm, and the results from each treatment are usually quite obvious. Dr Charis is very good at treating common cold and hormone problems. It’s good to see her having her own clinic now. Highly recommend trying Nature Heals. It’s my go to place if I have health concerns.
Dr. Charis is definitely highly recommended. It’s been 2 years now since my first appointment with her for my lower back pain, and she managed to help treat the pain in just 2 sessions when I had already seen a physiotherapist, osteopath and chiropractor before that. So now, whenever my backache, insomnia, cold/flu or any other issue kicks in I always go to her straight away. She is very knowledgeable, skilful, caring and professional. Her new clinic has a relax and calming environment.

I have been seeing doctor Su for more than two years. She is a very caring Chinese doctor. I was expirencing fatigue and tiredness, and after few sessions with her, I feel a lot better. I followed her suggestions and also did more sessions, and now my overall health is much improved. The clinic is clean and calming. Highly recommended.

I suffered from serious wrist pain for almost 2 years from overworking on my computer and mobile . I just had my acupuncture appointment with Doctor Su last weekend. Just with one session, 80% of my pain has gone ! I wish I have visited Doctor Su earlier. She is very calm, kind, caring and professional. Her clinic is serene and relaxing.I was told to relax and take a nap after Doctor Su performed acupuncture on my wrist. It was the BESTTTT nap I've ever had ! I would highly recommend Doctor Su to anyone who has no experience with acupuncture before .
