We were very happy with our experience. The guys came out and cleaned our water feature and replaced our broken pump. It’s now working wonderfully. They arrived spot on time, were wonderfully polite and very efficient in their work. We also thought the price was reasonable. Can’t fault the service!

It was very poor service and very expensive for charging 110 in 10 minutes of quoting. The Quotation was so expensive too. So It is impossible to ask them to fix a little leaking fish pond and paying around 4K. In the end I lost 110 just in 10 minutes. I was so upset. Hope everyone one never ask them to do the job.
We needed some landscaping work done after an extension to our house, and Pond Art Water Gardens came highly recommended by a close friend. We were happy with every aspect of their work including a thorough explanation of options, an accurate quote, a timely completion of the job, and most importantly exceptional quality in workmanship. After having 3 different trades people try and fix our leaking water feature, we decided to get Pond Art out to give us a quote after we had a landscaper advise us to have a look through there Nursery/display yard. "Wow " are we glad we did. David came out and showed us how he would modify a few areas of the existing pond and then told us about their fibreglass sealing method and the 15 year leak free warranty. We have not lost a drop of water since and the pond looks better than i ever imagined it would. I'm so glad i didn't end up filling it in!!! Well done to the Pond Art Team
