Fantastic service, friendly and on time. Would highly recommend this company.
1. Camtec has told me that they can fix my zoning controllers. But as they came to my house, the electrician told me that they are not fixing "zoning controllers" 2. I made appointment with the electrician on 14.12.2020 and the electrician came on 15.12.2020 without my agreement consent and i did not make the "call out" of that day. 3. The electrician said he will charge 99 for "call out" fee because he did not help me buy but they charged me 198. But they are lying to me and I don't even have to pay this amount of fees. 4. They do not give the invoice. they are demanding customer's card details first to sneakly get the money. Do not give them card details, give them money once they finished fix the problem.
Multiple errors, long wait times, rude and unprofessional customer service staff. Regularly renege on representations regarding service and charge surprise additional costs. Left without washer for 5 weeks on separate 2 occasions. Enough to make me avoid buying LG again, just to ensure will not have to deal with this company in future.
Samsung TV Diagnosis. Do not use these people,you will be talking to a Bali call centre!!They took my TV To diagnose it at their Keswick workshop,called 3 time to speak with someone but instead talked to their call centre in Bali who refused to put me through to the workshop.After 2 weeks I had to drive 45 minutes to their workshop to see what is going on,they said they were just about to call me!!They treat you lie an idiot.Do not use these people,TV retailers will not touch them they are the worst.
Two nice workers Marion and Glen came today to my home and replaced my cracked tv screen. They were very friendly and understanding as I have 2 young kids running around trying to touch there stuff. They were also very quick, I was happy with my service. Expect when I had to sign off at the end on a phone it had a cracked screen which actually scrapped my finger. Other then that would highly recommend using Camtec.
All I wanted was a new remote for my samsung T V. The first guy took all the details and did nothing. Very disappointing. An hour wasted and 15 for a 5 postage. Camtec a lot of room for improvement.
We had a problem with our dishwasher. We contacted Camtec and they sent Steve to take a look. Steve was very helpful and knowledgeable and friendly and fixed this issue for us quickly. We would highly recommend Camtec and Steve for Samsung repairs.
