I would highly recommend Ian as a Wynstan installer to anyone needing a crimsafe door fitted. Ian was not only professional, quick and communicative, but he went out of his way to ensure a positive experience. In a difficult situation, Ian moved around his schedule and fit me in at the earliest time possible, putting my security needs at the top of his priority list and ensuring the safety of myself and my home. I praise Ian and his work. I would suggest anyone looking to employ the services of Wynstan Kensington should ask for Ian as their installer. I would also suggest Wynstan should feel very lucky to have Ian as an installer, and I hope his work is well recognised.
One of the worst dealings I've had with any company! Paid a fortune to get windscreen doors installed and what was meant to take 4 weeks, took 4 months! Had to measure twice and then when they finally came to install it had been measured incorrectly so they left all their stuff, half complete on my balcony for months. Had multiple appointments that I took time off work for and no one showed up. My 'case manager' was rude and incompetent and absolutely should not have a job in any customer service roll. I rang and complained 5 times before he even made an effort to contact me. In the end they gave me 100 discount for a 2500 job. I should have gone with anyone else and taken them to the ombudsman.
Installation date was promised for end Jan, not a single update, each time I called up I was promised it would be installed next week, until miraculously the completion date was "set for march" with no notice whatsoever. Proceed at your own risk. Already meant to receive a call from a manager by COB and its already 430. ACCC will be hearing from me soon
KEEP AWAY! Really poor communication from their Kensington Sydney branch and head office! Our order has been delayed, however, no one bothered to reach out to us all all. Furthermore, they are not being transparent regarding the delivery date. They appear to be really disorganised.
A bit unorganised at the front office level and some poor communication resluted in extensive delays. Positive note is that once the issue was escalated to management, the order and service was completed promptly and professionally.
DO NOT USE! Four weeks and still waiting for our flyscreens to be installed. No communication. Just had a call now saying they won’t be ready for another three weeks despite them apparently arriving this week. What is correct and why such a lengthy delay with no communication? You were so eager to get the business and now this... Quote 13045070 - still no reply. 12DEC - I called head office and was promised a return call from case manager on but never got one. 14DEC - I called again and was promised again I would get a call back but didn’t. 16DEC - I called again and was promised “Daniel” would give me an urgent call. Nothing. Your Google review replies are purely for show, you don’t actually do anything about it. “Monitoring” the order is unacceptable.
Just had crimsafe bifold doors installed by Ronald and I am so totally happy with the finished job. Doors excellent quality and Ronald made the installation process seamless with his professional manner and his attention to detail. He was a true perfectionist. I would highly recommend this company to anyone. Margaret Beattie
