A Pair of Diamonds Where do I start. Lou and Frank went above and beyond. Showing great empathy, over such a big decision to sell a much loved family home, showing continual respect for such home, and going above and beyond to make the process as stress free as it can be. I felt like I was in such great hands, and they were both open and honest about our expectations and what the markets expectations were. Excellent, responsive and attentive agent! I bought my first home through Nathan and was very impressed with his service. I think first home buyers can be very picky and tend to have a million questions. However, Nathan showed me patiently through all the on and off market properties that he had on offer and took the time to guide me through the process until I found something just right for me. If it weren't for him I probably would have spent another 12 months looking because most other agents had put me in the "time-waster" basket even though I was seriously looking to buy. Through a seamless settlement, I was able to move into the new place within 30 days and now I'm a happy little homeowner. I would highly recommend anyone looking to buy to contact Nathan. Would like to give a shout out to our great property manager Silvana.Nothing is too much trouble and goes out of her way to provide satisfaction.Have rented with Rendina for 9 years now ( most of that time spent at same adress) When the owners sold Silvana had arranged a viewing at a new place almost immediately and made the whole process seamless.Being Covid times,we were worried about a move but she made it a painless transition.Have emailed every now and then with minor issues and always get a promot reply and resolution.I would recommend Rendina ,and in particular Silvana ,to anyone wanting friendly and professional service.Thanks Guys and Gals .Colleen and Wayne Morris
