5 GOLD STARS needed a power adapter for an old DELL laptop that work gave me (for free). Googled and found this company in Adelaide. Easy to order online - purchased on a weekend and received it by the following Tuesday. Reasonable price - quick to deliver at no additional cost & got several email notifications from the start to end. Thank you so much - HIGHLY recommend and will be definately back should I need to order anything else for my computer needs

Visited here on 2 separate occasions and required some help with diagnosing and fixing both times, and they were very quick to not only troubleshoot but also to fix the issues I was having. These guys helped me with my computer, put it together and didn't charge as I decided not to spend the money to fix it professionally. They fixed the screen for the time being, which made my son very happy. I think that is great good will. Very rare these days.

I have been a customer of PC plus for almost 10 years now. Every time I go in they are consistently friendly and professional. I have gone to them for all my computer needs. When my child spilt milk on my laptop and broke the cooling system PC plus didn’t try to coerce me into buying a new laptop, they offered a simple solution of a cooling attachment and fixed the problem completely. When it came time to get a new laptop I was able to do that through them as well. They set the whole system up for me and everything was up and running when I collected the laptop. They have helped me recover my data when I broke my hard drive, they organise my anti virus annually they even ordered a car mobile phone holder for me when I asked about them. Rebecca is so friendly and so knowledgeable and Karen is amazing at what she does.
