The motel in general was great. Staff were lovely. Driveway did have a few potholes. Bathroom big which was great. Toilet/ shower door was extremely hard to close and open. Needs a update as some lights are cracked and don’t work which leaves the room a little dark at night. Bed linen was clean but actual mattress could have been more comfortable. The bed is comfy enough to sleep. Pillow was too soft. Better if there was a option of what type of pillow. Overall a good clean place.

Lovely older motel...lots of grassed area for the kids to play. Good size pool, very clean. Manager very very helpful and delightful. Cute little puppy. Rooms clean and comfy. Also the Indian restaurant on the premises best I've have eaten. This is one we are definitely going back to.
It was horrible smelt musky fridge mouldy, mould in shower, it was supposed to be disabled friendly but it was no where near it ,we had to pick up my partners electric wheelchair just to get it inside the room
More than what we expected.....good hygiene, good basic amenities. Were glad to know there is a pool as well as a nice green area, to give you a cool serene experience
Clean and tidy Motel. Stayed for one night on our way north. It is not the Ritz but you get what you pay for, hence 5 stars for value and cleanliness. Staff were friendly. A sign outside the Motel suggested it was under new management.
The worst experience. I cancelled the booking, and they charged me for the night that I didn't use! I understand that their cancellation policy states that I need to cancel my booking more than 7 days before the booking date. Unfortunately, the QLD state's restrictions got announced couple of days ago! That is why I didn't cancel it earlier. When I called the hotel to explain the situation, the owner didn't get all of that, he just want to COLLECT your money! The worst customer service experience!
Long weekend booked out - Kempsey Rose Motel was available for us. This was a comfortable stay, very clean and the manager was very welcoming. Whilst a little dated and outside central Kempsey, location was good to get to Port Macquarie easily.
Great friendly service. The room was large and well equipped. The bed was comfortable and clean
