When I was a uni students.. this was the place to go. I loved their sandwiches in a different way. I am not a sandwich lady. I would hide my uneaten sandwiches at the bottom of my school bag in primary school because I hated them that much.. but this is something special. Of all of the possibilities, my favourite fell to Corned Beef. So simple, but so delicious. My partner always get a Half-Brick and although these are our always orders.. I am sure all of the other sandwiches are amazing. My favourite soup is the Broccoli and Cheddar, which just slaps. The bread is awesome and even after I graduated, I still drive to Kelvin Grove just to get these sandwiches. If you never got to try the French Onion Dip Brisket Sandwiches that happened last year, my friend.. you missed out on something that would have changed your life. Also, they sell V, which is always a bonus in my books.

Awesome food. Makes your hot drinks the way YOU like it. The soups are all homemade and are better than anything you would get in a posh restaurant. The bread is all made from scratch onsite and totally amazing. The staff are brilliant. Its the only place in Kelvin Grove Urban Village that I will go too. Cant speak highly enough of it. If you havent been yet, GO THERE. You wont regret it.
Mixed experience for first time customer. Ordered the lettuce wrap. It was ok. Too pricey content wise. Ordered a brownie, the attendent gave it stone cold with smile. Asked to 'warm it' and she brings the brownie melted. The staff was very courteous and always had a smile.
Overall a great establishment. Wish they had more or any vegan options. From memory they have 2 vegetarian sandwiches that can be made vegan with minor adjustments, but unfortunately the staff isn't too knowledgeable on the contents of the sauces.
DannyBoys are amazing. They are my go-to for catering at work (for both our students and for some functions), as well as personally. I have had just about every menu item and have loved them all! Easy to order, always super friendly service and delivery, the food is always so fresh and they certainly don't skimp on the fillings!
Had the Cuban. It was ok but with butter on top of the bread added with mayo to normal traditional ingredients it just made it way too greasy/oily. Staff were friendly and efficient.
Got takeaway from here tonight and it was superb! Got the Beef Brisket Flat Grill and a cup of the tomato soup, and both were delicious. Great value as well!
Danny boys is a great sandwich shop with bonus of veggie soups on the menu. I have not eaten in though there is a dining room on top. Fantastic chips.
