Both Deb and Rhonda were lovely, as we had a toddler we were trying to tame and a heavily pregnant wife struggling to walk. We got served by Deb, she was just fantastic, kind, patient and knew her stuff! Can't recommend this place more.
Big thankyou to Rhonda from Bathurst OMF not only was she polite and informative she understood my needs. I decided on the OMF P2 I suffer back and hip pain and I noticed a major improvement after just one night. I highly recommend these guys.
Back in April we bought the Nebula Electric Bed with the Rejuvenate Contour mattress. Firstly I must say the staff we very helpful and friendly in all interactions, and they allowed us the time needed to ensure the bed was right for us. They didn't hover over us, they went back to work at the counter and let us explore the bed, and it's options, on our own in our own time. A great customer service experience. As for the products themselves. Wow, the bed and mattress are life changers. I have sleep apnoea and my spouse has chronic pain issues. I've been able to go off the CPAP, and she's been able to have pain free sleep...for the first time in a long time. The Nebula Electric Bed, at least, is not a mere bed purchase, but an investment in good sleep. It won't cure your ills, but any relief is a bonus. Just a note, with the mattress, you may need to invest in larger sheets, as for us normal Queens sheets aren't quite large enough, with Super Queen being the way to go, with their extra length and width on the flat sheet, and deep fitted sheet.
Lovely staff who go above and beyond to make sure you get the product right for you. A special mention to Deb H who always makes us feel welcome from the moment we walk through the door! We have purchased a few mattresses now from Deb and the girls and we have always loved our experience hence why we keep coming back! Thanks for your fabulous customer service Deb...

My husband and I just had the most stress-free and wonderful experience mattress shopping at OMF, Bathurst (Kelso) store. We were immediately greeted by a friendly voice. Rhonda was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. We told her what we were after and she pointed us in the right direction. We were given plenty of time to test several mattresses. Rhonda didn't 'hover', she gave us space, but was handy when we had a question. We are more than happy to recommend OMF Bathurst to anyone looking for a mattress.
Stepping into this place is a like stepping into a parallel universe where a mattress that is only made in a firm feel can be advertised, ticketed ,sold and receipted as a medium .then when you want to return it because you as the customer have discovered you have been sold something that actually doesn't exist or was falsely advertised you are made to feel like You are the bad guy. And under no circumstances call the omf help line for help because you will be told over and over again by the instore staff that you absolutely are the bad guy for doing so, I guess the boss wasn't happy.. the place is just wierd, where they do something wrong and then expect you to apologize for the inconvenience of catching them out
