Online Homes just handed over my investment property in Tarneit. Very happy and impressed with the 4 months building period for this 4 bedroom house. As for the finish quality I would say just average, but you get what you pay for I reckon and also the site supervisor you have will have big impact on this. Overall pain free experience till now and I will build with them again

We are building our second investment property with Online Homes. Contract signed before Christmas last year, land titled in March and now we are at fixing stage in June! Very happy with the progress so far!!
Joe and his team have been great. We went to them with nothing more than a sketch on an A4 piece of paper and they've given us a beautiful custom built home on time and within our budget. The upgrades were more than reasonable and the house was built with care. They were always available to answer any questions we had. We would like to take this opportunity to personally thank everyone who was involved in the build and would happily build with Online Homes again.
I currently have an application in with Domestic Builders Dispute Resolution Victoria to sort out 3 month maintenance issues, been going for 12 months now! Our supervisor was excellent, Mick, but office staff turned over every few months and are not helpful. Build quality is reasonable but had to push and chase up throughout the entire process. I'd recommend looking elsewhere.
Buyer beware. They are thieves, untrustworthy and incompetent. Will take your money and leave you with nothing to show but empty promises. They don't know the meaning of integrity and keeping there word. Many complaints have been lodged against this builder, do don't take the risk with your money.
Like many other has said, I had the same issue with mine, crack walls, took an extremely longtime to build, demanding payments while the stages were incomplete and so many more issues .. If you are building with them get yourself your own inspector to check every stages or else you will be spending a lot of money fixing it yourself. Before signing your contract take it home and get it check by a lawyer and increase the excess amount to at least 2k for every week they are late in completion of the house. I am very confuse how ppl got a good experience from them, I would recommend to venture to well known builder than them. Biggest mistake of my life that is still costing me money.
So far my experience with these guys has been great! Very helpful and professional. Contract was signed in March and now they will start my build in two weeks time. Cannot wait to see my house completed. Hopefully they will do an as good or even better job in the construction.
Useless, Joe the Owner has never kept his word. My wife and I have been sworn at, treated like dirt, by the Owner and Supervisors. From the initial day the Company has had people leave and then current management do nothing but bad mouth them to customers, there is always an excuse for delayed reasons in things being fixed. I have been in my property for 2 years now and still contacting the owner for things to be fixed which do not get done. Worst service ever and would not recommend then to anyone.
