Nothing but superb customer service, with great advice and patience from Trev - he expressed genuine interest to me as a customer, which he provided excellent pointers in selection of my new HJC RPHA 70 helmet. This was greatly welcomed as the motorcycle accessories market is such a congested place in terms of the vast choices available (and at times confusing!!) My Triumph bobber had its first service and also an aftermarket part installed by the team at MCAS Keilor East. The team there did an awesome job!!! Fully explained everything they were going to do and everything that was done to the bike. They even took some extra time to make sure it was all done perfect without charging me. Definitely going to be my go to workshop for anything to do with my bike. Solid work guys

Went into the store yesterday as im interested in purchasing and Indian. Was in store for around 30min looking at the bikes sitting on a couple of them and was totally ignored by all the sales guys. Even one of the sales guys came out from behind the counter and had a casual chat to an customer he recognised who came in after me, killing time and had already bought a bike. Not great to be honest, but customer service has gone down hill everywhere lately.
