99.9% of the time the staff are friendly, the donuts are fresh and the coffees/shakes are delicious but.. Some time ago I ordered two coffees for myself and my mate, he took a sip and realised that no sugar was in it. When my mate mentioned to the girl at the counter about the drink, she look frustrated, didn’t apologise and instead persisted him to give it a try anyway!

RACIST. Ordered a coffee and while the lady was making it the man took my money. The lady next to me bought her coffee's and in front of me he said it was cheaper for her because she was Indian, which I am assuming was because they were of the same nationality. She didn't hear what he said so without hesitation he repeated it right in front of me and handed her coins back. If an Australian was to offer cheaper coffee's only to Australians that would be seen as racism and would not be acceptable.

Disgusting behaviour from donut king . My mother and I were shopping when I sujested to her that she should grab a coffee on the way out. The man took her order and charged her as per normal and then the proceeded to take the order from the next customer. After taking the order from the next customer, he said to her "I see you're Indian, it's cheaper for you" and handed some of her money back right in front of my mother. Imagine If an Australian was selling cheaper coffee's only to other Australians. Not at all acceptable
