Homely little manor centrally located within Katoomba. Hosts are outgoing, kind and generous. Rooms are well kept and appointed. Included Breakfast and snacks are delicious. Would definitely recommend to anyone needing to stay in the area.

John and Sipha are wonderful hosts. The Manor is beautiful clean and comfortable . The breakfast is beautifully cooked .and so much choice. Will be back again.
I fully recommend Katoomba Manor. Hosts are a lovely couple who go out of their way to make you feel comfortable and special. Breakfast is just wonderful and the place itself is spotlessly clean.
Great b&b with cosy style. Great place to use as a homebase to explore Blue Mountains. If you're coming from the train station, take a shortcut via the Cinema, otherwise you tell have to climb uphill
A lovely place to stay. Well worth a visit.
Unreal experience. Hosts go above and beyond. Didn’t really know what to expect, but from minute we walked through the door we were welcomed and cared for with tea and cake. Only 4 guest rooms so they really pay attention to detail. Bathroom is gorgeous in “Australis” room, my jaw hit the floor when I saw it. Included breakfast was a full hot breakfast, juice, warm croissants, hot toast, fresh fruit. Kept us going all morning!
Charming, individually styled rooms in an elegant B&B with wonderful hosts We had a a delightful stay in Katoomba Manor. It’s obvious the hosts - John and Sipha - paid attention to the tiniest details. From heated bathroom tiles to the most charming decor, fresh flowers and personalized breakfasts, everything is wonderful. Our room is beautiful decorated. Breakfast - served in the refined dining room - is so delicious and fresh. I love the pretty teapots that tea is served in. I’m glad we chose to stay here instead of a mass-oriented hotel. Thank you, John and Sipha!
Can't recommend Katoomba Manor enough!Great breakfast cooked to order by the very welcoming hosts, theatre room was a nice touch and room decor was beautiful. A great place to recharge while sitting by the fire place on a cold evening.
