The breakfast hear is great. We also had a curry and felt like missed a few spices. Required more salt happy to add it on the plate. Would be great if it was added while cooking. The staff were very lovely.

Happy to find this restaurant offering vegan options at Katoomba. 4 cheese toasties was really tasty! Pesto and vegan cheese went so well together. Big brekkie was also great overall. Although the scrambled tofu egg was a little bitter, the mushrooms and cream on Sourdough toast were really yummy. Overall, a good place for breakfast.
After a long swim at Katoomba pool we needed some nourishment and our usual haunts were packed out, so we tried embassy and got the brekkie wrap and a big breakfast.. delicious! And exactly what we needed. Great service, really quick, and good coffee, thank you embassy for lightening up our morning
The Embassy Vegetarian Cafe has arguably one of the best cups of coffee on offer on Katoomba Street. My usual was the Picollo Latte and Jason, Andy and co got it right every time... I was made to feel part of the Embassy family, albeit through plenty of jests to keep my head from getting too big - but I kept coming back because on some of the worst days in my time in Katoomba, their caring and generous service hit the spot. Thank you Embassy for your excellent service, terrific product and great people.

Amazing cafe with a tonne of vegan, gluten free and nut free options in addition to being vegetarian. Usually so hard to find something to eat with my allergies but Embassy had more options than I could imagine. Portion sizes were large and the food tasted yum in addition to being well-priced. Staff were really friendly too. Would definitely recommend and wish there was one in Sydney!
Lovely service, clean and inviting cafe / restaurant, playing nice music. But I ordered some takeaway and was quite disappointed with the serving size, I ordered vegetarian nachos and received the smallest little drizzle of sour cream (not even a dollop, it was like a teaspoonful) and a tiny amount of cheese with my meal. For 15 I felt the portion size of what I received was ungenerous. I would go again but I’d try other places in Katoomba first.
Fabulous vegan and vegetarian food. Always happy when we go here. Good coffee, top range of dairy free milks available. Lovely staff, and nice atmosphere.
