Grant made an appointment to give us a quote and did not turn up. I rang to find out what happened and he said he forgot. He came at another arranged time and said he would send a quote by email. Two weeks later I rang to see what happened to our promised quote and he said he would send it that same day. Four days later still no quote. I called Grant once more to find out why our quote was still not received and he said he had been busy. I asked him why he had not communicated with us about the delay. He said he could get it to us and I replied it is too late. He replied you didn't need to ring me to tell me that and hung up on me. I found Grant very unprofessional and unreliable to help us with a quote.
