My doctor Maria Kahloon is by far the best doctor I have ever had. She has the most empathetic nature and follows through on what she says she will do. She was always available for me and my son to attend appointments and was very thorough. I have never felt in safer hands. Her bedside manner is very gentle and kind. I highly recommend her.

Doctors who are more interested in getting patients out the door than listening to there issues. My son was told his "time was up" and marched out with concerns still to be discussed. Do yourself a favor and go to the super clinic in Warnervale instead. At least they are on time.

I have been visiting Waratah Medical Services for a long time and have had many doctors throughout being there, none have been better than Dr Maria Kahloon. She has helped me through so many things i can't even count. She's always put me first in all she does. She's honestly helped me become the best version of me I can. Can't recommend her enough

Carlie the receptionist was horrible. Thoroughly unpleasant to deal with. I can't understand why she enjoyed being so nasty. Why are receptionists always so low i.q. and treat customers so terribly. Someone ought to train Carlie how to treat customers with dignity and respect. I dread going here. I will be looking around for somewhere better.

Horrible practice. Over worked doctors who are unprofessional and rush patients and then can't cope themselves and leave. Then their patients are given the boot & told "you'll have to find another practice as your doctor has left". Doctors also told to "take their patients with them" when they leave the practice. The manager has 0 skills when it comes to being professional to the patients, and always sides with rude, bully receptionists, who cant do their jobs, which equals patients having to follow up on all their own results and communications and then the receptionists get rude about their ineptitude to do their job. Avoid at all costs. I've removed my 3 children and myself from the practice as this is just so unprofessional. I've also had medicare charges processed for 'items' to the value of 8.90 on days I haven't even gone to the practice, or had 'items' 'scripts' or whatever, given. I'll be contacting medicare about this and to investigate as looking back I've a few of these to the tune of around 125.

Just got back from Waratah Medical Centre with a form for Janet. Now, at the door there is notices INSISTING on mask wearing. I'm not too confident about the pros and cons of wearing masks to know whether they are a good idea or not. What I do know is if you INSIST on all your visitors wearing them then your staff should wear them too. What's good for the goose is good for the gander, so to speak. I asked, in what I thought was a polite manner, about this discrepancy thus: "I'm not having a go, but why are you not wearing masks too?" to the girl receptionist. She said they don't need to, and I asked why I needed to. Now....a woman opens a door about 40 metres down the corridor and bellows, as I am leaving, "WHAT'S THE PROBLEM." I explain to her the problem, she says the screens around the reception area protect me. After the I point out the gaps above and below, she tells me about the dangers of muffled speech on the phones. Still shouting from her distant office, the doctor then comes out. I had bee loud, but only because I was being engaged from afar. I had a pointless conversation with him, drowned out by the barking of this horrible woman down the hall, before she slammed the door on her office. I think that was because the doctor told me that she was the Client manager or some such, and I commented that she wasn't a very good Client Manager. I have been told subsequently that masks can be removed for phone conversations in situations like that, where masks are compulsory, and then replaced with a clean one and wash hands. So no more muffled speech.

Love the holistic approach from this practice. My son has complex medical needs and unusual requests are normal. We are always well looked after and protected. Totally recommend this place
