Awesome experience on my first visit. Will be returning with my Mum and Sister. Much better than Good Guys as far as I am concerned. Bought a new oven. Kambos are organising everything.

Went to buy air fryer, no stock only demo model left which was scruffy, asked for discount to take demo, couldn't give discount so we said no thanks, you have lost a sale and that us your problem. Rude saleswoman said "not really" and laughed very loudly as we walked out the door. Went to Harvey Norman who price matched Kambos cost plus 1, we got a brand new air fryer in the box, didn't have to have a shop soiled it

More staff than customers in the store, these guys shut down for a good reason.
Ordered a fridge online and it took exactly 1 MONTH TO ARRIVE. Called 4 times in that period (lucky i did because they werent going to)the guy returned two of my phone calls. He was nice enough and offered a substitute fridge until mine was handcrafted by magical elves. Pretty sure the T&Cs say any item online is available instore and that delivery takes up to 10 days hmmmm. the last call there was no real apology and the guy made it sound like he was doing me a favour by removing the 'extra saturday delivery fee'............ ohhh GEE THANKS. If using kambos i recommend calling first before buying anything online to make sure youre not waiting for as long as i did, its just lucky i didnt need it urgently
