Not responsive, promised to do things but didn't. Left waiting for weeks with no response. Left with large holes in shed. Nothing rectified
Absolutely awesome company's and great service from the staff member Taylor helped me, thank you so much and ended up with more of a bargin than I expected Absolutely recommend.
Great quality shed and patio but dealing though the Kallangur franchise and their sub contractor has been like pulling teeth.
Waited 6 1/2 months for shed. Contract signed in early Feb 2020 shed went up mid Aug 2020 Was only installed after threatening action with QBCC. Company even advised the industry was not affected by Covid 19. Slab cracked within a week, outcome still ongoing. Recieved emails directly from the owner demanding final payment numerous times, after him telling me ( in writing) not too pay until slab situation is sorted. To this day we do not have a reason, not even an excuse as to why the delay. After signing our contract we also found the sales rep could not answer or provide correct information to any of our questions/ inquiries. Would not recommend, would never ever use again. We used the ipswich store but same owner and staff.

We had Zach build us a carport at one of our properties at Redcliffe. An odd sized roof that some said couldn't be done was no trouble for his installers. We now have somewhere safe for cars and to sit under in Summer. Sheds and Homes did a great job, highly recommend.
