Two bad experiences with them. First visit was an inconvenience as they sold us the wrong part for our chainsaw after he assure us he knew what he was talking about. Second time ripped us off - took 2 off the price after trading in a brand new chain. Would not recommend if you’re looking for professional and honest service.

We’ve had a horrible experience. They had our mower, whippersnipper and concreter saw for a repair and service for three weeks and was told it would be finished earlier than that. My husband had to follow up with them after 3 weeks and was told they hadn’t touched it. Finally, we were told they were ready to be collected only to arrive and find that they had cracked the fuel canister on the whippedsnipper which they didn’t bother to tell us but my husband recognised straight away. They repaired it but that meant we had to leave it there and then come back and pick it up another day. No discount was offered. And then today, my husband went to use the mower and whippersnipper to find that they hadn’t even serviced it and white smoke was still coming out! He called to complain and was told, “You are welcome to drop it back and we’ll have it done by Friday.” Fine - but no compensation for our lost time or money spent already and this will already be the third trip back to the shop - we run two businesses, do you think we have the time to meander around the country side because the job wasn’t done right the first time? The items were dropped off for a repair and service. This was not done. Why repair something and not service it? Very poor experience and service, and we will not be back and not be recommending.
