We were purchasing our property (land) in order to build on it as soon as possible. During the process of designing our home and all of the meetings and time it takes to do so, it was nice to not have to worry about the purchase of the land. Grant Winning was very efficient to work with. He only contacted us when he needed to and each interaction was easy and dealt with quickly. The beautiful gift box we received at settlement from Grant was definitely an added surprise and very much enjoyed!

I do not recommend Stacey Carrington as a property manager for potential tenants or property owners. I called the 'emergency' line after a tree fell on the property over a weekend. Messages were not listened to or replied to until normal business hours. The inaction of the property manager put my family's life at risk, and could have caused more potential damage to the owners property if the soaking ceiling had collapsed. Very unprofessional, all I can say is thank goodness for the SES who were able to come and stop the water pouring in.
I’m surrounded by my dedicated and very attractive team members every day, we are the best brand in Australia and Belinda and Grant put on the most ridiculously fun team building days, particularly our Christmas Party! ️ my workplace.
