Had procedure at the hospital today as always the staff in the day clinic are absolutely amazing !!! I have gone to this hospital every year for the last couple of years and you will not find any better group of professionals anywhere in Australia if not the world , HUGE statement but they are truly great at there jobs and personality’s on all in the colonoscopy department amazing and uplifting & funny . I don’t go anywhere else and often will wait a bit longer if needed to get a spot there . Thanks team you all are wonderful Xxx

went for a colonoscopy and had a pretty smooth experience given what's involved. very clear instructions for the prep, staff were really professional and efficient on the day. felt well cared for the whole time and didn't wait around too long. also the place is really in quite a peaceful setting with parking out the front, so it's a lot less stressful than going to some of the big hospitals in town. thanks to all the staff there

I had a Colonoscopy done 3 days ago. I am very impressed by the service rendered. All the Medical and Healthcare staffs are friendly and caring. The entire process was seamlessly reassuring from Admission Staff, Nurses, Anaesthetist, Theatre nurse, Gastroenterologist, right through to Post-Colonoscopy nurse giving valuable medical advice. Every stages I was greeted by very patient and attentive staffs briefing me the procedure I will be undergoing, making me feel part of a family, warmth, embracing and light-hearted. I would HIGHLY recommend this hospital service to everyone where excellent holistic service second to none. Great teamwork Great Teamwork !!! A Big Thank You !!
Had my first endoscopy done here today. What a wonderful little hospital. All staff from start to finish were all extremely professional, friendly and caring.
Feeling devastated for the inconsideration going on here Do the staff even realise people are at end stage of life Nurses talking loudly to each other corridor Radio blaring I hope palliative care improves before I get to this stage Move around quietly Go about your business in a cheerful yet humble way Alanis Morriset blaring in the radio... isn’t it ironic Feeling saddened by this place. Management please do something
Had my 1st colonoscopy done the other day and it was just perfect, really nice hospital, did not wait around for long, staff were great, attentive, respectful and very efficient, all in all a very pleasant experience, ty to all who looked after me
