Communication with them are fantastic, and they will go that extra mile when need be - Mike bent over backwards recently to sell a property for us. Happily recommend them to anyone for all aspects of property needs.
A brilliant service, brilliant people
We are glad to be done with Flick Realty, up keep of house maintenance not up to standard, ultimately costing us more. Not there to help the tenant with an owners always right mentality. Painful bond release process, expecting an over 20yr old house to present as new. Do not recommend, We found Davey Real estate a lot more pleasant.
Been with these guys for over 2 years now and no dramas! If there is any little problems they are definitely fixed in a heart beat. Would definitely recommend to anyone that's selling or after property management great rates also!!!
I would have given NO STAR if I could. Stay away from them Our property manager just a pain, in three and half years never answered any phone call, took it ages to reply any email back, if did at all. Always inaccurate. As an example, there was BBQ unit in the backyard (and included in the property report, but in last page of the report mentioned that its been removed), but the owner removed the unit couple of weeks after the start of the lease. At the time of the vacancy the property manager was asking about the BBQ and complaining why its not there. Give zero attention when communicating, emails full of mistakes. Had to follow up few times to get the bond back. Worst experience ever!
