This store has gone down hill so far and so quickly. Its obvious reading the reviews. The manager radiates a very arrogant vibe and does not acknowledge customers even when they are right in front of him. I ordered the Nachos last week and got home and there was no one bit of nacho or mozzarella cheese. How can that happen, total waste of money. Tried the Joondalup store again on Monday 5th April. Purchased the loaded pepperoni on puff and also 3x Franks Hot Chicken Tenders. My fault for trusting the order would be correct. Nope... Pizza had barely any pepperoni on it and it was burnt. The chicken had no hot sauce and was just plain tenders. I will never order from here again. I chose to drive to Beldon where they can at least get an order right. Upper management should really take on board some of the reviews before they lose a lot more business.

I asked if I could put my medicine on my pizza as a drizzle. They said sure and put my penicillin as a drizzle on mypizza as if it was a sauce. So I appreciate that they did that for me, makes it easier to eat. Because I like pizza.
Ordered delivery twice now from this location. First order arrived an hour and a half late, second order never showed and we cancelled. Just don't get delivery from these guys, if you really have to get cheap, barely edible pizza you're better of picking it up yourself so you don't starve
Wish they would put more toppings on.... always just has the bare minimum on it and is baaaaad. Show me the chicken on this "Chicken pizza"
Re: Appalling discrimination. My partners brother has a guide dog (as he is legally blind) and as we arrived we were immediately met with "wait outside", "we can serve you outside", "you can't be in here" as Bradley (said brother) explained that service dogs are 100% allowed in only to be spoken down to. I looked up your website very quickly to show them service dogs are indeed allowed in (as Bradley told them). They continued to both disagree with their own website rules and condescend Bradley. We waited until the pizzas were ready and EVEN THEN they tried to keep disagreeing and condescend us. What a poor display of not only discrimination but incompetence.
This is my go to place for pizzas. Great service, staff and service. Pizzas are the best.
The big New Yorker pepperoni! 23.90 for a giant disc of dough! Barely any cheese, giant tasteless paper thin tasteless pepperoni. These clowns are definitely taking the p#!
Took just under an hour to arrive. Pizza was cold. Rung to complaint as I thought they had a deal if you did not receive your Pizza within 20min. Young lady just laughed as said it was Ubers fault. Hard to think why I would go back.
