My GP referred me to this service for an Echo. I understood they bulk billed as does my GP and most other medical services I require from time to time. It took 7 calls over more than a week before I was able to make an appointment. My call would go to an answering device / service or just go unanswered. On one occasion I got a text asking me to call them back, which I did, to the answering system. On another occasion, as I waited on the line, the call seemed to be answered, then dropped out. My appointment was for Friday October 19th. All went well. The technician seemed competent and was very nice. At no time did I see any doctor. Unanswered questions on the questionnaire I filled in were never queried. Maybe they weren't important.
