It was my first visit in whisky distillery, and it was for me wonderful experience. Nice place when you are traveling through Southern Highlands. Good place to add to your trip plan between wineries. Everything nice except alkohol. Whisky overpriced. For less money, you can buy a way better whisky in local bottle shop or even two better ones for same amount of money. Same thing with brandy. I haven't try Gin yet, and I hope it is going to be better.

Passionate people explaining the history and process of creating the pleasure in bottles. A bit like making anything old craft if you love it then it's in the end products. Cheers well done and keep going.

For me and my partners first distillery tour it was a wonderful experience, learning how the whisky and the other spirits are made and processes they go through and where they source the ingredients from, also learnt about the history of the land the distillery sits on and how it come about, the tasting of the whisky and other spirits was amazing and the staff are exceptional, definitely recommend and best of all it’s free !!

My friends and I happened to stop by on a whim, and we were so glad we did. the night before we went it had stormed and the creek had flooded, so we didn't get to see all the ruins from the town, but Valero was so lovely and accommodating telling us a bit about the history and showing us inside the distillery. You have to do the tasting if you go! The Whisky was great and I'll be coming back for more once it's in stock, and we bought some of the fortified wine, gin, and rum. So pretty much everything we could get our hands on. You have to stop here if you're going to be in the area.

Lovely hospitality from Val. Very accommodating and knowledgeable. Will be back for a historic tour next time. Left with a bottle of the Paddock to Bottle Whisky which is a great one for the collection, as well as the Anis and Gin. Thanks for having us. Ania and Damian.

I was here two years ago but still think about their whisky and the lectures on the ineffectiveness of Government bureaucracy. Good stuff!!
