Simply the best . Professional, caring , no problems solving any for this customer. I drive 700 plus k from Rockhampton to Brisbane to have Brian and Ian solve all my problems. Prices are very fair. Went to these guys today after getting very disrespectful and rude service from their competitors at action pump services. Got all the right advice and friendly service at a great price. Will always go to these guys now and not action pump services.
Absolute scammers! Paid my bill a year ago at the time the work was done. Never heard anything from them and then more than 12 months later they have a debt collecting agency chasing me! When I called to enquire about it the accounts employee on the phone was extremely rude and unhelpful! Just now spoke with the owner of the business to try and sort it out and he was just as rude and unhelpful! They have no record of ever contacting me previously about the account and have shown NO interest in assisting me with resolving the matter! The WORST customer service I have ever received, especially from a local business. I am absolutely appalled at the way I have been spoken to and their lack of interest in resolving the issue which has been caused by them!
