This is a store that I've been going to for years and they have some of the best drinks around. Usually I would order either a hot chocolate or a cookies and cream chiller both are very flavourful and are worth trying. The food is also quite pleasing especially the Nutella donuts and sausage rolls, I am yet to try the toasted sandwiches though they do look rather appetising. Most of the time when I order I’m served by a very nice and helpful girl, I have also been served by some other people who are also nice but sometimes a bit rude. I will continue going to Gloria Jeans Jesmond and I suggest you should try it as well.

Best coffee I've had anywhere in Newcastle. Staff were heaps friendly on the till, and seriously the best coffee and chai around.
The most unwelcoming, unsmiling face just stared at me , it has gone done hill of late the staff are like that most of the time now and of late the coffee and food has been luke warm; not even a Hi or anything. Some staff dont smile and as a regular they dont care The staff are now rude and unhelpful The manager seems to never be there I know a thing about service as iam a mystery shopper. I will not be going back i hjad been going thrre regualry for months but not any more I guess the competition is getting to them

This Gloria Jeans coffee shop is in the service center at Coffs. Good parking. There is good seating inside and out.
Male employee was aggressive and rude regarding my assistance dog being in the premises. Dog was wearing official jacket and I am happy to present my handler's licence when asked. Male employee demanded I leave despite being told it was an assistance dog. Another customer also tried to explain it was an assistance dog. Security was called by the male employee and was also told by security that the dog is permitted in the premises, but the male employee did not back down.
