I've only ordered online from Chocilo but it is always a fantastic experience. I found them during first lockdown and discovered they stocked Nomo chocolate which made my little allergic-to-everything heart so happy! Definitely recommend buying from this company. If this is what they're like with online orders (fast, well packaged, clearly care a lot) then I can only imagine how great the in store experience must be! Definitely recommend.

They have Platipus Easter Eggs for sale in boxes. Staff are friendly and helpful. There chocolate is the best.

I love this place. The staff are always helpful, the products are fantastic and they are wheelchair accessible for me. They have a few tables out the front to have a hot chocolate or a chai latte. The best chocolate around!
Good quality chocolates. Their products taste like real chocolate rather than just sweet confectionary, and they have a huge variety of options available. Their iso bear is a chocolate bear with a mask which is hilarious and it’s nice to have this sort of levity during these crazy times. The service is excellent over the phone. Bruce was friendly and helpful so we could order the chocolates we wanted and know when to expect the delivery, and their online service is full of delicious options and a variety of gift boxes and hampers that you could have delivered to friends or family to brighten their days. Good product, great service, and very easy which is what we need right now.
Great chocolate at decent prices, nicely presented. An underrated alternative to Haighs if you're looking for gifts.
