Had them come to assess a leaking tap. The plumber spent 10 minutes at my home, couldn’t locate the issue, and then refused to communicate with me when I tried to follow up with him when the problem got worse. The only communication I’ve had from them is a bill I received over a month later for 45 minutes labour. Poor service, poor knowledge, poor communication, flagrant rip-off.
Honest and professional local plumber. Highly recommend.
