I visited the Ipswich store yesterday and cannot compliment the service high enough. We were greeted within a minute of walking in with an explanation of the sale that was on. We were served by Katie who was amazing. Asked about pillows and she did the pillow test with us to determine which one was best. Katie also sold me pillow protectors that I didn't even think about, I have only thought about my mattress protector. Will definitely be back.

Great Staff, very polite and helpful. Lovely Bedding, Towels and accessories here. I love the Teal Bedding and Bathroom towel set I just purchased here last week. Great prices.

I came into the store this afternoon and 2 staff members were standing at the counter talking. I wanted to buy a set of sheets, a doona cover and a throw rug to dress my new bed . I was in the store for at least 10minutes and not once was I acknowledged or asked if I needed assistance . I had worked out it was going to cost me around 300 for what I had picked out to buy. I know we have social distancing at the moment, but to be ignored is just offensive. I try and shop locally but I won't be going back there again. Maybe I wasn't dressed good enough or look like I had enough money. ......
