Beautiful landscaped gardens to explore in Ipswich. The kids loved it. The only downside was that half the gardens were closed to public access due to the hundreds of flying foxes (bats) nesting in the trees. They were literally everywhere and because they are a health risk, some paths were shut. Worth a visit though.

Wow. Really really love this place. Amazing and free but I refer you can donate some for the volunteers.

Nice to get a update on the closed situation. Thank you. Will wait for a better time.

I usually go to the enchanted Gardens at Roma Street parklands every year but this year I was blown away by these beautifully presented gardens and it's my new fave. The session times made it less crowded so you could take your time wandering through taking pics without people's heads getting captured in your photos. The staff were lovely and more than willing to take a photo for you and were all dressed for the occasion in Christmas shirts with flashing jewellery, lights and earrings. I will definitely be returning. No food or drink facilities due to covid/social distancing.

Beautiful place, went there when it was raining and saw plenty of tiny frogs. It has a really nice and laid back vibe to it and it's overall a really cool place that everyone should visit at least once in there lives.

I had photos taken here for a family photo shoot and the scenery was absolutely beautiful. The gardens are well looked after by friendly grounds men who genuinely care about the lawn etc. Always nice to see the bearded dragons and native wildlife out to sun bake on a warm day

Beautifully maintained gardens using standard Japanese flora and indigenous plants , my only critique is flying foxes have taken up camp so some of the paths have been temporarily closed.

A peaceful place to escape everyday hussle & connect with the nature in a quiet. The park is well designed with multiple secret places where you can read a book, meditate or just observe the landscape and wildlife. It is notable how well it is looked after as the park keeps been green and fresh even during the draught.
