The company was so easy to deal with and so responsive. Right from booking the job with Rikki - nothing was a bother! The date and time they said they would be at my house was spot on. ABOVE ALL Erick was so particular with his work. He was super careful with our new vanity, and made sure there was no damage to walls etc as he moved it into the bathroom. He was super friendly and and great to communicate with. If I have any future work done, it will certainly be with Grant Chugg Plumbing - and hopefully Erick will be the plumber assigned to our job. Thanks again for the outstanding service

Supplied and fitted gas fire. Both Gas Fitter and electrician were professional and performed their tasks excellently - more craftsmen than mere tradesmen! Would happily recommend this company. Can't think what took so long for us to go gas and ditch the real log hard-slog! Costs were very reasonable. We are very happy with the outcome!
I used GCP for two jobs over the past few months and I can't fault their customer service and quality of work. The booking process with Rikki and Glenda was accommodating and easy, and the emergency job was no problem arranging with tenants. Eric our plumber was friendly and carries out a great quality job. I was very happy with the standard of work completed by Nick from Grant Chugg Plumbing Services. We also had an ongoing issue with lack of pressure from one of our taps, when we carried out renovation to the home. After many calls to the original installer who basically stated that it is as good as it will be. I mentioned it to Nick from Grant Chugg Plumbing if he could look at it whilst repairing another pipe. Half hour latter he had fixed the lack of water pressure situation which we had been putting up with for some 6years. Highly recommend Grant Chugg Plumbing Services.
