Initially still trying to find my parcel. call had not been returned. Was really concerned that may have the same poor customer service as Fastway. Then out of hours have had call returned and delivery person determined to find my parcel. So will sit on fence and see how it pans out. Do appreciate this gentleman's manner and determination to do the right thing. If the business folds would recommend him just on his effort alone.

Best advice I can give is DO NOT USE! Online Tracking showed my goods came into LST in only 1 day, but Fastway decided not to deliver to my place. When you then try to call the depot as suggested on the tracking site, Fastway Aramex uses a mobile phone number that they don't quickly respond to, taking hours-days-or not at all. After 2 weeks of me trying to access the pick up they told me (in sms) "319 Invermay rd mowbray " which is about 2km south the complete other side of Mowbray. It took 20 more minutes to find them -name change confusion didn't help searches. Their shed is at 120 Invermay Rd., FYI. Personal opinion: they were paid by my supplier to deliver to the door, and, to suit there needs, they chose not to but instead they held my delivery hostage, for me to try to pick up, in breach of the delivery contract. And I saw that they run their parcel tracking on a mobile phone ...I saw old mate scan my package out of the "warehouse" on his 50 phone. The building access was a small door personal access door on the back of, IMO, the rough and sleazy looking shed. That only became an issue after I located the shed itself. The sign is on a bin /cage about 20m off Invermay Rd., not on the street sign. They are up near Vinnies, 30-40m back off the invermay road in case you're unfortunate enough to need to collect your goods.

I had a small parcel delivered at the beginning of Feb and it was raining all days x 2 so I had no reason to go outside , I went outside on the Saturday morning to find the parcel soaking wet and in the middle of the path . Not that is was a long walk , about 5 steps inside the gate . There was another parcel also delivered on the Friday by another carrier who thoughtfully placed under the porch and stacked the 3 parcels very neatly. Despite several phone calls and left messages , no-one has bothered to return my calls . This was a lazy delivery person and doesn't deserve a job wouldn't last a week in my company . They seem to have a lot of one star reviews !!

Horrible! Nightmare of my lifetime! Stay away from this company! I sent a box of my custom-made goods (that is about 200 pieces of goods that I made!!!!) for corporate from Tasmania to Melbourne in Mid Nov and it cant even arrive within 1 month, during that month I keep asking status but no one can even tell where my parcel is or what is the expected delivery date, end up the customer rejected my goods (as this is for Christmas) because they don't need to anymore ( of course! who needs a Christmas goods after Christmas!) Then they sent me back the parcel and escalated to insurance company, and as we all predicted that company named "FrightSafe" Claim is just another irresponsible company and rejected my claim, this is so predictable as last time they rejected the claimed for the broken item sending with thousands of excuses trying to tell me that is my fault.) Now I have lost a long-term corporate customer and I still have that 200 pieces of goods with me now. Not trying to nag in here but I just wanna tell people about my experience and you are taking your own risk if you are sending anything with this company as I hope no one will ever experience this terrible experience like me.

My package was collected in Melbourne and tracking showed it didn't move from there for 10 days. It was delivered to me in Tas. after a few more days, so 2 stars.

Just the slowest delivery company in the world. Even post from wish arrives quicker.

Hands down my worst customer service experience to date. Terrible service with a customer service team clearly unwilling to help. Absolutely useless. They are border line impossible to get a hold of. Their Melbourne branch doesn't seem to have a phone- which certainly doesn't help their ability to trouble shoot, so any and all inquiries are met with robotic and dismissive automated email responses. Would not recommend, steer clear. Give your business to a company that values it.

Supposedly a preferred courier under Sendle. Amarex has failed to collect the parcels for three consecutive days, and have been completely unhelpful both at this depot and on Facebook chat when seeking ANY information about this specific job OR about any of their services in general. DO NOT USE
