InSync yoga studio and it's sister studio the Shakti Yoga Temple located in the same building, have been a major source of peace and happiness for me since discovering them 4 months ago. They have such a huge variety of classes on offer and all of their teachers are wonderful. The yoga they offer is so much more than just exercise, it is as much for the mind as it is the body. Some of my favourite classes include the Yin classes on a Monday (Insync) and Thursday (Shakti) night, the Satyananda and Devi Mantra Sadhana (Shakti) on Wednesday night and the Structural Alignment (InSync) class on a Saturday morning. I highly recommend this yoga studio.
I love using this room for my Family Constellation workshops. It is quiet, easy parking on a Sunday and easy to access and operate as facilitator even when they are closed. It's always spotlessly clean, lovely wooden floors with a soft calm vibe to the whole place. Thanks InSync.

I undertook my Yoga Teacher Training at Insync and I am so so glad that I did. My experience was professional but with the warmest sense of community and encouragement. Each time I step into Insync I feel myself coming back into who I truly am. The atmosphere is amazing and the studio is modern, spacious and has the most beautiful windows to the trees outside - feels like a bit of a treehouse! I went to India on a tour with Insync and it was my most expansive travel to date!
