One of my favourite shops. Went to BCF at Innisfail recently and we found the staff very helpful and friendly. Clean and very tidy every time we go in there. We found the staff very knowledgeable about their products aswell.

One of staff lied to me. I asked a staff if the cylinder adapter fit for Coleman PEAK 1 and Coleman propane gas 16 oz cuz I bought those at BCF in cairns don’t fit. I asked about it and the man staff said “yeah pretty much it fits those. I’ll go to bcf now and see if they’re gonna help me or not. It totally waist my time
Putridly poor customer service buy a certain shaved head bloke. Very upset with BCF ilInnisfail. Has left a sour taste in my mouth toward BCF in general. I will be spreading the word amongst the professional fishing scene and never returning.
Have shopped here several times, always had great friendly fast service, knowledgeable & helpful.
Very poor customer service. Was very disgusting and disappointed in the way staff acted when I was trying to solve what should have been a minor issue
