Was helped by Laura, and she was an absolute GEM, Not many people rush to make positive reviews but I was so impressed by her customer service it was the first thing I thought of doing. Normally these tasks with new phones and plan changes are as tedious as anything but not this time, this young lady’s kind nature and extremely helpful attitude was impeccable, she made sure I understood exactly what I was getting and genuinely enjoyed the entire 40-45 minutes I was there because of this. If you want a store to actually makes things nice and easy go here !

After going to other Optus stores with a sim card issue Jignasha from Innaloo was extremely helpful and managed to fix the problem. I will definitely be returning for future phones and contracts. Thanks again.

Avoid at all costs. The sales person tries to sell you an Accessories pack with all these bonus headphones and charges saying it is included in your plan but it is a added extra that you are paying extra monthly repayments for. This is misleading and against Australian Consumer Law. I went to do a upgrade but he instead cancelled my account created a new account and doing a credit check without my permission so he could get his new sales figures and commission up. They didn't provide me with any contract paperwork. AVOID AVOID AVOID currently going through the telecommunications Ombudsman against them.

UPDATE: 2 Weeks later still no phone. After being told it would be delivered in the first week. 2nd text phone delayed. Got text saying was on way 3 days ago and still no phone!!! Staff Friendly. Don't have any stock in store of any phone but some cheaper ones? Don't have a model of any of the phones you can hold? Everything is bolted down not the best when you are spending 1,500 Might as well buy online? And return when it's not right! Parking is ok for a large shopping centre. At least it's free and you don't need to rush not like other shopping centres.

Optus Innaloo has always been my favourite Optus store, I have been to others, north and south of the river as well as Melbourne, but the service at the Innaloo store has always been the best, today the ladies that looked after me have raised the bar, they were fantastic! I have 2 happy daughters! Thank you Optus Innaloo!
