Christian was an absolute legend. So professional and helpful. He really went above and beyond taking his time to explain everything he was doing and I couldn’t recommend himself and Poolwerx Indooroopilly enough. One of the managers, named Data, also helped me out with a concern I had with the charges. He rectified the issue ASAP and in a way that made me extremely happy. 11/10 for the Westside Poolwerx crew! (Maybe 12/10 for Christian).

We’ve been using Indooroopilly Poolwerx for the 3 years we’ve been in Brisbane. Whether we’ve been cared for by Peter or Michael, it has been pleasure to do business with this team. It is hard to find a retail outlet that greets you by name as you walk in the door, but these guys do; surely they have hundreds of regular customers! Whether it is my regular water testing, chemical purchase, unfortunate age-related repairs or vacation maintenance, the team have always provided me with a personal service and care. It makes it easy to support a local business when they are just nice genuine people.

After almost 1 year of replacing the Hayward filter for our pool, i have experienced several issues which i never had before. So i rang up the owner and didn't get any good advice but brushed off. The pressure gauge failed within 12 months and called them reluctantly. I was told the warranty is 6 months only. Poor communications and unsupportive attitude towards customer took away all my trust and support towards my local business. Shop around wise customers!

I do not know what has happens to this once wonderful Poolwerx. I’m a little reluctant to provide an honest review, as the proprietor may ban me from the convenient pool maintenance outlet, so I’ll give him a 2. Sadly, this shop is much more interested in selling you chemicals than helping you look after your pool. So go here if you need chemicals.

It is very difficult in our society now days to find a business that is caring and honest. I suggest no matter where you reside, if you have a pool, I highly recommend Poolwerx Indooroopilly. If you want great service, require assistance on how best to manage your pool, then you might just want to have a chat with Peter and other staff. They provide a Proper report on analysed water and instructions on how to best tackle any situation as well as for your record keeping. There is no up selling of chemicals, which has been my experience in the past with other pool shops. I rate this shop a five.

These guys are awesome! They know their stuff, they explain it all in language pool novices (like me) understand, and they give good old fashioned service - with a smile and walk your heavy bags of salt etc to your car! Their new location at Indooroopilly Central is easy and convenient to get to!
