Brilliant products in this eco friendly shop. Designed so that there's no packaging waste; fill your own containers/jars. They sell jars there too in case you forget to bring your own. Organic teas also sold here. You can sample most of the products if you ask.

I like shopping here. I like the range of products and am a huge fan of the veganola. However, I am often disappointed by the service. Take today for instance, the girl behind the counter barely said 'hello' and there was no smile or enquiries about how my shopping experience was. I don't intend to tell her my life story but actually feeling welcome in the store would be good. Service with a smile is appreciated and helps with people returning. I would give maybe 2 stars for service but higher for the goods.

I had a terrible customer service experience today. I was completely ignored by the girl serving me at the counter, as shecontinued her conversation with her colleague beside her, stopping only to tell me condescendingly how to use the eftpos machine and called me "love" multiple times, again In a condescending manner. Considering I'm a solicitor in my thirties I certainly don't appreciate being called "love" by anyone other than my elderly grandparents and especially not by someone at least ten years younger than me who has just treated me with disdain. I wish I had just walked out instead of going through with the purchase. She may not have even noticed me leaving considering her lack of interest in me wanting to pay for my items. I don't expect much in the way of service but even a cursory greeting and not being called "love" would be nice.
