Ordered a 2018 Jeep Wrangler last April, I had it shipped interstate as I live in Penrith, NSW. The salesman organised shipping for me which was good, but he promised me 250 fixed price servicing for 5 years at any Jeep dealer in the country. When I went to get a service I was told it would be 395. I called to see what was going on with this I was told it's my fault for not getting it in writing. Was then told I would get a call from management which I never got. Typical sleezy sales technique.

excellent service, they went above and beyond to meet my needs. i was travelling into the city for work, they picked the car up from my office & dropped it back washed and clean. cant fault them
Took my car to get serviced (basic) and when we got it back the door was broken and the media player was wiped clean of all my crontacts, addresses and music! I called up to question them about it and the guy I spoke to (extremely rude) said it was only a basic service and they wouldn’t have touched it, yet it was fine before it went in for a service. Absolutely 100% do not recommend!!
The little extra things that Indooroopilly Jeep did made my first new car purchase one to remember. The salesmen were professional and very informed, the price was competitive but the respect and personal service I have encountered from the showroom to the service centre has been sensational. I have dealt with Nico Post for many years whilst he was selling another car brand from this location, I have always found Nico and his team to be genuine and very professional in the way he has dealt with us. This is our second Jeep purchase in a matter of months and we highly recommend Nico and his team's boutique style to anyone who doesn't want to deal with just a car salesman. PS Nico makes a mean coffee...and it's free!
Buying a car and maintaining it should be wonderful experience and Indooroopilly Jeep has exceeded my expectations. 5 Stars for sales, service and most importantly price. Finally the western suburbs has a dealership that provides excellent after sales service. The team have always given me the time of day and had the patience to answer all of my questions. I have been to most of the Jeep dealers in Brisbane over the years and these guys are leagues ahead in service and technical know-how... nothing was a problem, loan car was awesome, the mechanics were available to discuss the issue I had... not some receptionist with no idea. Even gave me a free car wash!! I won't go anywhere else.
Great service. I found the team at Indro CJD extremely helpful. Being a smaller team & dealership this was more of a hands-on personal experience, will definitely go back again!
